What I Do
Through dialogue, comprehension, and careful observation, I gauge the depth of an organization's comprehension. I furnish essential resources and facilitate an environment conducive to expanding one's expertise in the realm of digital accessibility. In cases where a team is unfamiliar with accessibility audits or the broader concept of accessibility, I illustrate instances where designers and developers may inadvertently conduct audits. Subsequently, I introduce the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and elucidate the existing compliance thresholds they may already adhere to, while also delineating pathways for further compliance attainment.
Audit Process
During the first step, I talk to the team to understand what they need. This could be things like fixing problems users have, dealing with letters asking for changes, or just making things better for everyone. Then, I test to see if everything works well for everyone, and I write down what I find in an easy-to-read report. If there are any issues, I fix them and check again. As things progress, I ask the team how well they understand everything. Later, I check back to see if they need more help and if everything we planned is finished.

Maturity Matrix
It's really important to make sure things are steady, work well, and stay the same when we're trying to make things easier for everyone in a big group, not just one team. To do this, we need clear rules, different ways to get involved, and practice to make sure everything runs smoothly.
